How long will it take to get my web review?
Turn-around time for the recorded review is typically 72 hours (3 business days) from the time you book your review to begin, Monday-Friday. The 1:1 is booked separately to suit your schedule.
*If paying via 2-pay plan, your web review will be delivered after final payment is received.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds on web reviews
How long do I have to schedule my 1:1?
Once your web review is recorded and emailed to you, you'll have 14 days to schedule your 1:1. It's best to schedule it sooner rather than later so everything is still top of mind for the both of us. After 14 days, the 1:1 is forfeit. This is to be fair to all of my clients and their time.
